THE BELOW TASK IS RECOMMENDED AS THE FIRST ONE THAT YOU NEED TO ATTEND TO IN ORDER TO IMPROVE YOUR
LIFE
THE LIFEWRITE
There is a life-script inside us. Its been working in you all your life up to now and is the life you are living now describes what it is.
If you are happy with yourself and your life, it doesn’t need to be altered. But if you are not happy in your life, or want to improve it in any way, then……
THE FIRST STEP involves - deciding what you want to enjoy in life - deciding what experiences you want to have
THE SECOND STEP then requires you to write out, in a form a short story, how you want it to be in the future: this is called a LIFEWRITE. Then you use this to get help you focus on/get what you want in life.
All areas of you life must be included in this LifeWrite, as leaving out one part can inhibit the success in other parts. The various parts of our life all connect with each other, covering both the broad areas of life along with the areas that are important to you.
When doing this, your ‘wants’ need to be clear.
You need to know what you want SO you can get it. This is a form of re-programming your subconscious. You need to leave no opening for your old programming to get in the way of what you want.
It’s like writing a novel of your future life
IT’S A BASIC OUTLINE that
1.1 - needs to revolve around a broad range of desires under general heading 1.2 - needs to note specific interests = in order for you to get a general picture to then focus on re what you want
2.1 – Sort out desires = choose what want and when i.e. what the most important or what needs immediate attention re needs to be put in place for long-term results: working out what can be left till later. This is to sort ‘wants’ into priority. 2.2 – re any uncertainties in this list = a period of research is recommended to help decide exactly what you include.
THEN write the novel of what you want to happen to you – it is required to be read as a story of your future. You will write in the 3rd person, ideally using your name, either in present or past tense.
Experiences wanted should be well defined/detailed – not just generalize. It is easier to create experiences when able to describe them clearly.
If want to include another person in your life, write the LifeWrite with them included.
Write ahead in future = 1 year minimum. But 3-5 years is more suitable as a year can pass in a flash. There is no limit how far in future the LifeWrite can go = having more time is useful re long-term/large goals.
It may take up to 6 months to write/rewrite it until complete.
BENEFITS: Writing out desires makes it easy to choose an appropriate order for them to be fulfilled. Focusing on this process helps avoid delusion; helps you decide on which desires may be unfulfilling; helps clear mind so can concentrate on what will truly fulfil you – all avoiding wasting time pre-occupied with possibilities not lived out.
CHOOSE WISELY: research is recommended.
You can change your LifeWrite at any time
THEN BE OPEN TO OPPORTUNITIES THAT COMES YOUR WAY
This process is founded on idea that the basic law of the Universe is abundance: that life doesn’t hold back: that it’s up to us how much we talk/receive of this abundance: that we can choose how much we experience in life.
Once complete LifeWrite: re-read it occasionally and up-date it re new choices/eliminating old. It can become a yearly process - a formal consideration for each new year.
It then needs to be read often as can and take all the actions of your life in accordance with it: 10 weeks x 2; 10 weeks x 1; monthly x 1 – excluding periods of revision.
After any dramatic revision = read regularly again for few weeks to imbibe the new desires clearly.
Need to take care about contradictions to LifeWrite contents re careless language/weak mindedness. You have to be aware to do anything that negates its creative power [basically always only think along the lines of what you have written in the LifeWrite].
What has happened in your life now so far is a result of what your life-script is right now, therefore to formally change enables life to operate the way you want it to – to therefore create pleasurable experiences.
LifeWrite preparation brings to the surface all your doubts, fears and/or guilt about having an excellent or happy life. As negative thoughts arise during the LW process = write them down on paper and throw them in garbage bin at end of writing them out –by formally writing negativities down and throwing them away, this helps remove negativities from your system. Doing this sends a strong signal to mind that you no longer want such a belief polluting your mind.
No need to be hung up on dates: things can come sooner or later than written to come.
Whatever happens will be reflecting your own beliefs/patterning, so keep working on getting these to be the way that you want them to.
The clearer you can be, the quicker things can come to you.
